Welcome to My Fitness Athlete Training Program, tailored for kids aged 5 through 18 who are ready to enhance their strength, agility, awareness, catching ability, jumping, and speed on the field or court. Our comprehensive program is designed to equip young athletes with the skills and conditioning necessary to excel in football, basketball and track. My program focuses not only on physical skills but also on fostering discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. By enrolling in my training plan, young athletes will not only improve their performance but also develop lifelong skills that extend beyond sports.

Customized Strength Training: developed personalized strength training routines focusing on building core strength, muscular endurance, and power essential for football performance.

Agility Drills: Through a variety of agility drills, participants will improve their footwork, quickness, and lateral movement, enabling them to maneuver through opponents with ease.

Field Awareness Training: We emphasize the importance of field awareness, teaching athletes how to read the game, anticipate movements, and make split-second decisions on the field.

Catching Techniques: I provide specialized instruction on proper catching techniques, including hand positioning, body control, and concentration, to ensure athletes become reliable receivers.

Jump Training: Jump training exercises are integrated into the program to enhance vertical leap, allowing athletes to reach higher for catches and outmaneuver opponents during jumps.

Speed Development: Athletes undergo speed development drills aimed at increasing their overall speed and acceleration, giving them a competitive edge on the field.

Recovery game with my cutting-edge cold tub and sauna recovery program, designed to optimize muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall performance.
